All the land in the realm was divided up among the Scions of Tengir as follows:
The Central Meadows was the most excellent land in all the world, being as it was abundant in every form of material that is beautiful and useful to mankind. It had a climate neither too hot nor too cold, nor too wet nor too dry, soil suitable for growing every kind of grain, grass edible by every kind of beast, and buried beneath its surface were endless veins of copper, iron, silver and gold. The courses of the two Great Rivers naturally divided the Central Meadows into three regions. The first region was the largest and most excellent, and this was where Towering-Justice originally came down from the sky at the inception of the world, and where the Capital stood. That region, an S-Rank territory, was ruled directly by the Emperor and was his personal holdings. The proceeds of this land went directly to enriching and glorifying his house. The other two regions were smaller and somewhat less excellent than the first, and these were allotted to the True-Pillar and the Great-Frith Kings, being as they were also S-Rank territories.
The northerly domains were as follows:
At one degree of northerly distance from the center was the S-Rank territory called Fair-Field, allotted the Fair-Field King. Half of the region was grassland on par with that of the Meadows, half was light forest and swamp. It was also the home of over a hundred lesser tribes.
At two degrees of northerly distance was the S-Rank territory of Dark-Pine, allotted to the Ancient-Mystery King. The region was mountainous and covered in dense evergreen forests except for the upper reaches of the mountains, where no tree can grow. It was also the home of over eighty lesser tribes.
At three degrees of northerly distance was the A-Rank territory of Fragrant-Lea, allotted to the Fragrant-Lea Duke. There a grassland separated two great forests. The grassland was incredibly fertile and the climate was almost perfect, so the people who lived there never went hungry, but the forests were dangerous, being as they were thickly wooded and abounding in beasts. Over a hundred fifty lesser tribes called the land home.
